DESCRIPTION:Our CV & Cover letter development workshop is the third session in the BelEve In Her Skills series \nIn this interactive session\, participants will learn how to create or refine a CV that highlights their skills\, experiences\, and achievements\, even with limited work history. We’ll also explore how to write clear\, tailored cover letters that effectively communicate motivation\, strengths\, and career goals. \nA dedicated session will introduce participants to using AI tools responsibly and effectively for career development. This will include how AI can support CV writing\, application forms\, and creating strong SMART responses for competency-based interviews — as well as important guidance on what not to do when using AI\, ensuring authenticity\, accuracy\, and ethical use. \nParticipants will receive practical tools\, examples\, and templates to help them stand out to employers\, training providers\, and educational institutions.
