Lead Her Ship
leadership programme
ages 12-15
How do you feel when you hear the phrase; this is a man’s world?
Well, we are dismantling that concept by developing the next generation of female leaders. This programme creates opportunities for the girls aged 12-15 years old to become leaders within their lives, school and the wider community.
about
Every girl will be empowered to discover their own power to become a leader in their life, explore and connect with their dreams, find their passion and purpose whilst becoming confident to lead their own ship and inspire others, whilst providing new opportunities and experiences to lead a holistic healthy life and support other girls to gain the same experiences.
This interactive programme equips the participants to develop leadership and change making competencies in order to have an influential voice. The programme includes small group discussions, fun activities and personal reflection. The girls will be mentored and supported in leading, designing and delivering a campaign or event, which will bring about change or raise awareness of a chosen subject/issues.

Are you exploring your career options?
The success of the Lead Her Ship early careers initiative is an opportunity to gain insights into a variety of industries, sectors and organisations.
BelEve UK works in partnership with corporate organisations to develop Career Insight Days, to support their diversity and corporate responsibility agendas, introducing their industry/businesses to local, talented individuals who may be unaware of the opportunities or might not have reached through their standard methods of recruitment. Young women aged 14-21 years old are exposed to a number of career options, access to successful female role models, career advice, gain employability skills alongside internships and work experience opportunities.
For three years we have worked in partnership with Bloom UK to provide an inspiring insight day exploring the Marketing and Communications Industry. Through this we have worked with Adidas, Warner Bros and Tik Tok.
