The success of the Lead Her Ship Early Careers initiative is driven by partnership working. BelEve works alongside corporate organisations within London to develop bi-monthly Career Insight Days, to support their diversity and corporate responsibility agenda alongside giving young women aged 14-18 living in London, exposure to a number of career options, access to successful female role models and career advice, alongside creating internships and work experience opportunities. The young women will gain an opportunity to receive a place on our Pathway to Success Mentoring Programme launching in October 2019.
