Mentor (2019-2021)

A Creative and Format Development Manager at Warner Bros International Television Production, where she works across the group of 22 production companies in 14 countries.  Her focus is on original local production ideas with potential to travel, as well as the latest developments with key brands including The Bachelor, First Dates, Supernanny and Who Do You Think You Are?.    She joined the international television industry from a creative background at the BBC, having worked for the BBC Shortform, Factual and Factual Entertainment teams.  Rose started her career in archive research at ABC News and in corporate production for clients including Audi, Bacardi and Volkswagen.  She is originally from South London with Filipino/Irish/English heritage and is passionate about supporting women and diversity in the industry
