With 16 years of successful teaching and leadership experience across multicultural primary schools. I am thoroughly passionate and driven by staff development and use a range of coaching techniques to support teachers, leaders, and support staff to further develop their experience.
I am a NPQSL facilitator and have acquired the NPQH qualification. I am excited about school development, coaching and mentoring and an advocate for providing children with a safe and positive platform, from which they can learn and grow. As a mother of two sons I am a believer in nurturing and harnessing talents through love, support, and guidance. I am extremely dedicated to my role as mother, educator, leader, and mentor, setting high expectations for self and others, leading from the front, and responding to challenges efficiently.
In my spare time I enjoy reading, walking, yoga, and Iβm currently writing a book.
