This virtual Skills Development Workshop is only for participants on our Fast Stream Civil Service mentoring programme.

This session will focus on the Civil Service Success Profiles and the Civil Service strengths and behaviours. You may have heard the phrase ‘there is no one type of Fast Streamer’ – which is true! But there is some phraseology and vocabulary which will enable you to put your best foot forward.

We will discuss how best to demonstrate your attributes throughout the application process
