We’re inviting young women aged 16–22 to join us for an exclusive morning at Dentsu’s offices for a high-energy speed mentoring experience. Get in front of industry professionals, hear the stories they don’t put on LinkedIn, and ask the questions you actually want answered.

What to expect: Fast-paced. Face-to-face. Completely real.

You’ll rotate through sessions with Bloom members working across marketing, communications, media, and beyond — picking up insights, making connections, and leaving with a clearer picture of where you could go.
