The fourth installment of the BelEve In Her Skills Series focuses on helping participants confidently navigate the job search process and perform strongly in interviews.
In this workshop, participants will learn effective job search strategies, including how to use job boards, build networks, and leverage LinkedIn and other professional platforms to connect with opportunities. The session also explores common interview formats — such as panel, virtual, and case-based interviews — so participants know what to expect and how to prepare.
A key component of the workshop is developing strong interview responses using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Participants will then take part in mock interviews, receiving constructive feedback to build confidence, refine their answers, and strengthen their interview presence.
