Victoria is a co-founder and the COO at Phrasee, the marketing technology company that empowers brands with AI-powered copywriting to boost marketing performance and revenue.  As an entrepreneur and with a career spanning more than 20 years, Victoria brings an impressive track record in marketing, technology, and business management to Phrasee.  

 As COO, she leads Phrasee’s daily operations and teams to develop winning AI-powered language optimisation solutions for global FTSE 100 brands. Victoria is committed to building strong relationships with employees and customers, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Under her stewardship, Phrasee has grown 75% year-on-year in 2019 to become a multi-million-pound tech company and the world leader in AI-generated marketing language. 

Prior to launching Phrasee, Victoria founded and ran The Pink Group, a leading creative and branding agency, for 11 years. 

 Victoria is a passionate supporter of women in technology and devotes her time to mentoring young entrepreneurs. She was named a WISE Tech Start-up Award Finalist in 2016 and, more recently, she was shortlisted for a STEM Rising Star Award with Forward Ladies in 2017 and 2018.   

 Victoria earned a BMus in Music and Technology from London’s Kingston University.  In addition to her work at Phrasee, Victoria thoroughly enjoys all music – especially karaoke – and is an enthusiastic member of Phrasee Phonics, the company choir.
