Peggy is a 21-year-old baker based in Essex/Leicester. Her passion for baking only started a few years ago. The first time she made a cake was in 2018 for my mothers’ birthday, and this was because the lady who was meant to make her a birthday cake asked for a ridiculous amount of money. This was when she took it upon herself to learn how to bake by watching YouTube videos and she can say that was one of the best decisions she made.
