4 self-care tips to help you through the summer (and always)

However, setting yourself small goals and being curious to play around with fresh food all add to the mix. Experiment, look up healthy ideas on TikTok, download free recipes, and keep an eye open for offers.

Create a β€˜must haves’ well-being list, this doesn’t mean going out and spending money but rather setting a schedule where you choose to do something on your list each day, or week for yourself such as listening to a new artist creating a new mood-boosting playlist, reading, calling a friend for a chat, having time alone to journal or pursue a new group activity.Β Β
