The final session covers the final phases of the application process; assessment centres, interviews and final selection boards. Debatably the most challenging phase of the Fast Stream application process (and of any application process).

In this session we will speak to Fast Streamers who passed assessment centres and were successful following interviews and final selection boards, and those who didn’t – but are Civil Servants today
