Emma Welch

Emma Welch is a Strategy Director at Captify, a successful London-based ad tech business.  Since starting her career 7 years ago she has built up experience at companies including the British Red Cross and the Financial Times.  Her drive to succeed has seen her build strong relationships with her clients, delivering long term success and award-winning partnerships. 

With a passion for supporting and developing others, Emma has previously led the work experience program for the Social Mobility Foundation at Rocketfuel, as well as supporting students enrolled with the Prince’s Trust at the Financial Times.  She strongly believes in supporting young people from all backgrounds to succeed and develop to their full potential. 

Outside of the office Emma can be found on the netball court, attempting to win pub quizzes or training for her next half marathon.
