As we celebrate 100 years of national mentorship, we are deeply honoured to reflect on BelEve’s own contribution—12 years of empowering young girls and women to break boundaries and thrive.

At BelEve, mentorship is more than a connection; it’s a life-altering experience that builds confidence, ignites ambition, and offers guidance through the often challenging journey of personal growth. For the past 12 years, our mentorship programme has been a beacon of hope, especially for Black girls and young women from underrepresented communities, providing a safe space to explore their potential.

Through mentorship, we have seen first-hand the transformative power of sisterhood. Our mentors work tirelessly with their mentees to nurture confidence, inspire leadership, and create opportunities. These connections help young women realise their ambitions, empowering them with the tools and network they need to excel.

Our programme stands on a legacy of strong female mentors who uplift and inspire the next generation. From career advice to personal development, our mentees walk away with skills that serve them for life. We have seen mentees go on to become entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and change-makers in their own right.

As we look forward, our commitment to mentorship remains stronger than ever. Today, we celebrate a century of national mentorship, knowing that BelEve is proud to contribute to this legacy with our 12 years of service to the community.
