Choosing a career pathway can be difficult. Young people face an overwhelming number of options, yet it can still feel like there are very few that truly fit. Having the right support to help navigate these decisions can make a huge difference when exploring future opportunities. At times, it may seem that everyone around them has their future mapped out while they’re still deciding what comes next.
That’s where BelEve comes in. BelEve provides a helping hand to young women, offering the guidance, inspiration, and opportunities needed to navigate career decisions with confidence. Through its collaboration with Pfizer, BelEve aims to open doors for young women eager to explore what a future in STEM could look like, connecting them with professionals who share honest insights into their careers, the challenges they have faced, and the lessons they have learned along the way.
Learning Beyond the Textbook
BelEve’s collaboration with Pfizer aims to inspire young women to pursue careers in STEM. The session is an hour-long interactive panel hosted via Teams. If you believe your daughter would benefit from this experience, this is the perfect opportunity for her to gain valuable insights, build confidence, and explore the many pathways available within the sector.
She will hear directly from Pfizer panellists as they share their career journeys, including the challenges they have overcome and the successes they have achieved. In addition, she will have the opportunity to ask questions that matter most to her, whether about career pathways, areas of interest, educational choices, or opportunities within STEM.
The session will move beyond textbook learning, giving her valuable real-world insights into STEM careers. Most importantly, she will learn that success is not about reaching the top overnight. Careers are built one step at a time, and opportunities like this can help young people develop the confidence, knowledge, and connections needed to take their next step.
