BEAM (Beautiful Empowered And Me) is BelEve UK’s flagship program for girls aged 8-11. This interactive program empowers and inspires girls through new experiences, promoting well-being, leadership, and change-making skills. BEAM supports transitions and helps girls unlock their full potential and voice.

We offer three types of BEAM programmes: a 6-week Online Transition Programme and BEAM Schools programmes designed for in-school facilitation. The Beautiful Empowered and Me programme provides a fun and challenging space where girls come together to connect, explore, and learn from one another. Through this experience, they are equipped with resources and navigation tools to enhance their confidence, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and resilience, preparing them for future challenges and personal growth.

BEAM Online Programme

Details

The BEAM Online 4-Week Programme focuses on the 4 R’s to help girls aged 8-11 develop critical life skills:

  1. Respect: Girls learn the importance of self-respect and respecting others, fostering healthy relationships.
  2. Resilience: They build emotional strength to face challenges and bounce back from setbacks.
  3. Reliable: BEAM emphasizes dependability, teaching participants how to be trustworthy and accountable in their actions.
  4. Responsible: Girls are encouraged to take ownership of their decisions and actions, developing a strong sense of responsibility.

Through fun, interactive sessions, BEAM Online equips girls with these core values, empowering them to confidently navigate school and life transitions.

BEAM Academy Online Programme 2025

Exciting news! Our BEAM Academy Online Programme is open for registration.

We are excited that you are ready to enrol your daughter on the BEAM Programme. This virtual Girls' group is an opportunity for 8- 11-year-old girls to connect and learn from each other, raise their confidence, improve their self-esteem and learn new tools to become reliable, responsible and respectable females.

BelEve's BEAM Online is a 60-minute weekly Girls Club. Each Wednesday at 4:30 pm the girls will attend an interactive workshop.

BEAM Schools Programme

BEAM Year 3 Stepping up programme

The BEAM (Beautiful, Empower and Me) Stepping Up programme is an exceptional resource for girls aged 7 to 8 that accompanies them through their transition from KS1 to KS2 and lays strong foundations for our BEAM Transitional in year 6.

 

During the program, we focus on deeply exploring the foundations of confidence, self-esteem, resilience, empathy, healthy relationships, and empowerment. With this essential toolkit, the girls are equipped to step up and show up for the challenges that Key Stage 2 will bring, enabling them to navigate these formative years with confidence and self-assurance.

BEAM Schools Programme

BEAM Yr 6 Transition Sessions

BelEve UK is a safe and open space for girls to explore their thoughts and feelings about starting secondary school and the changes they will experience.

The empowerment sessions are fun, interactive workshops designed to inspire and motivate girls to build self-esteem and confidence as they prepare for the next step in their education. These workshops encourage participants to explore their identity, reflect on their aspirations, and recognise the unique qualities they possess. They are also equipped with tools to manage change and navigate the emotions that may arise during their transition, empowering them to face new challenges with resilience and self-assurance.

BEAM Schools Programme

BEAM Empowerment Sessions

The Beautiful Empowered and Me is a series of workshops for girls aged 8-11 years old, delivered in a fun and challenging space, providing girls with the opportunity to come together, connect, explore and learn from each other.

The girls receive resources and tools to enhance self-confidence, self-esteem to develop self-awareness, positive self-image and explore education/career aspirations. They gain support and guidance giving them the confidence to make good choices that will lead to them reaching their full potential.

These sessions enable participants to explore issues affecting them and their peers i.e; peer pressure, friendship groups, body image, gender stereotypes etc. The programme includes small group discussions, fun activities and personal reflection.

BEAM Schools Programme

BEAM  1 to 1 mentoring sessions

BelEve’s  bespoke 1-to-1 mentoring program for 8-11 year olds is designed to provide young girls with personalised support and guidance during their formative years.
This programme aims to build confidence, foster resilience, and encourage personal growth through meaningful relationships with dedicated mentors. We recognise that not all students thrive in group settings and need additional support . We offer 8 or 10 sessions with one of our fully trained mentors based on an agreed action plan.
