BEAM (Beautiful Empowered And Me) is BelEve UK’s Flagship programme for girls aged 8-11 years old. This interactive programme educates, inspires, and empowers girls with new opportunities and experiences.  BelEve UK’s aim is to promote well-being, develop leadership and change-making competencies, aid transitions and support girls in reaching their full potential and revealing their influential voice.

We offer two types of BEAM programmes, one is a 6 week Online Transition Programme and the other is our BEAM Schools programme designed for facilitating in schools. The Beautiful Empowered and Me programme is a fun and challenging space, which gives girls the opportunity to come together, connect, explore and learn from each other.  The girls are provided with resources and navigation tools to enhance:

  • Self-confidence/esteem
  • Develop self-awareness
  • Positive self-image
  • Explore education/career aspirations

The girls receive support and guidance, giving them the confidence to make good decisions which will lead them to reach their full potential.

Transitioning to secondary school can be a daunting process. Making new friends and moving away from old friends can be a difficult time, but we believe this chapter of your life can be a positive one. We provide you with the skills you need to take ownership of your new chapter and transition with confidence.

Our BEAM Transitional sessions offer fun and creative workshops that will inspire, empower and equip your daughter with the necessary skills required as she moves from primary school to secondary school. We will give her the tools to find her superpowers!

Details

We welcome girls aged 10-11 years old into our online girlhood every Tuesday evening from 5.00pm-6.00pm to be empowered, supported, and develop skills and resilience ready for their transition into Secondary School .

BEAM Virtual Transition Programme

    Exciting news! Our BEAM Online Transition Programme is open for registration.

    We are excited that you are ready to enroll your daughter onto the BEAM Transition Programme. This virtual Girls' group is an opportunity for 10- 11-year-old girls to connect and learn from each other, raise their confidence, improve their self-esteem and learn new tools to become reliable, responsible and respectable females who are transitioning into secondary schools. BelEve's BEAM Online Transition Programme is a 60-minute weekly Girls Club. Each Tuesday at 5 pm the girls will attend an interactive workshop.

BEAM Schools Programme

BEAM Yr 6 Transition Sessions

BelEve UK is a safe and open space for girls to explore their thoughts and feelings about starting secondary school and the changes they will experience.

The empowerment sessions are fun, interactive workshops that inspire and motivate girls to develop self-esteem and be confident about the next step in their education.

The workshops encourage the girls to explore who they are, think about their aspirations and the qualities that make them unique. Participants are given the tools to effectively manage change and the emotions they may feel during their transition.

BEAM Empowerment Sessions

The Beautiful Empowered and Me is a series of workshops for girls aged 8-11 years old, delivered in a fun and challenging space, providing girls with the opportunity to come together, connect, explore and learn from each other.

 

The girls receive resources and tools to enhance self-confidence, self-esteem to develop self-awareness, positive self-image and explore education/career aspirations. They gain support and guidance giving them the confidence to make good choices that will lead to them reaching their full potential.

These sessions enable participants to explore issues affecting them and their peers i.e; peer pressure, friendship groups, body image, gender stereotypes etc. The programme includes small group discussions, fun activities and personal reflection.

  • Increase the girls confidence and aspirations

  • Build self-awareness, self-esteem and relationship skills
