HR Trustee Vacancy (Volunteer)

  • The board has a key impact on whether a charity thrives. The post holder will ensure the implementation of systems and structures for the sustainable, growth and development of BelEve. We are currently looking for a HR Trustee to support the growth and capacity building of this successful Charity.

  • Voluntary Position

    Contract term: Minimum of 18 months, Maximum 3 years

    Responsible to: Chair of Trustees

    Overview of role the roles

    HR & Risk Trustee Human Resources Trustee role will provide experience and knowledge of HR employment law and best practices across the broad spectrum of HR and Organisation Development. Ensure that the charity and its representatives function within the legal and regulatory framework of the Children and Young People sector and in line with the organisation’s governing document, continuously striving for best practice in governance Take appropriate professional advice in all matters where there may be material risk to the charity, or where the Trustees may be in breach of their duties

    The post holders will ensure the implementation of systems and structures for the sustainable, growth and development of the charity.
