This month sees the launch of our Mentoring fundraiser and we’d love it if you’d consider joining our campaign to support even more young women throughout 2024.
The campaign looks to break down gender stereotypes that still limit over half of girls aged 16-22. by empowering them to realise their dreams, redefining what it means to be a female leader, with the support of a network of positive role models.
We know that with the right opportunities and guidance, girls can accomplish anything they set their minds to. Mentorship has proven to be a powerful tool in helping girls gain confidence and skills necessary for their personal and professional growth.
And mentorship isn’t only about what you give it is also about what your receive. Mentorship has a significant impact on both mentors and mentees. With a study by Woman Ahead and Deloitte .demonstrating that 87% of mentors and mentees feel empowered by their mentoring relationships, leading to increased confidence and self-assurance.
Moreover, 82% of participants believe that mentoring fosters meaningful connections, promoting collaboration and understanding across various departments and organizations. Additionally, 84% reported that mentoring relationships provide a source of inspiration and growth for both the mentor and mentee.
In short our Gift a Mentor campaign is the perfect opportunity to create a warm fuzzy feeling during these colder month.

Gift Your Time, Become a Mentor
We are searching for female professionals who are eager to share their career journeys, experiences, and wisdom with young women. By dedicating just 90 minutes a month, either online or in person, you can inspire and empower the next generation of girls. Help debunk work mysteries, myths, and legends and be that guiding voice they need. Find out more or sign up here
Make a Donation, Fund a Programme Place
Your support can make a significant impact on the lives of girls. With just £5, you can ensure that girls have a safe space to feel supported and have their voices heard. For £25, you can help train a woman to become a mentor, enabling her to guide and support a mentee. With £100, you can support a mentee for an entire year, giving her the tools and encouragement, she needs to succeed.
